Deira Tower Area Guide

The Deira Twin Towers are located in Deira, eastern Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates. They are sometimes referred to as the Dubai Twin Towers or Rolex Towers. These towers are part of Dubai’s old downtown, and are situated along the Dubai Creek. The Deira Towers consist of a shopping centre with stores, restaurants, coffee shops and a food court, a residential space, and office space. Both towers have twenty-two floors and are just over a hundred meters (329 feet) tall.

Business Information

Three floors within the Deira Twin Towers are dedicated to retail; one of these floors is solely for food outlets. Much of the other retail activity revolves around fashion, exhibitions, financial services, and dining. The Towers have external terraces, overlooking the Creek. This makes them a must see tourist attraction. Baniyas Square is the nearest Metro station providing access to the Green Line.
