The Grainstore is a complex of storage, offices, studios and workshops space. In total there is c45,000ft2, across multipe buildings within the site. This includes The Lab, Long Building, Low Building, Middle Building and Tall Building.

The first space to become available of the site will be The Lab, which was previously the grain testing laboratory. In total it is c 800ft2 and will comprise several studios/offices, a kitchen and toilets. There is also parking available.

History:
The site has an interesting history having at one time been home to Blandford & Webb, a long established local agricultural merchanting company. The site can be traced back to an original farm. It is less than a mile from the Market Place.
