Serviced office spaces in desirable London locations are multiplying every year. In fact, London office development is the highest it’s been for two decades, largely due to the growing success of the finance, technology and media industries.
Considering the sheer amount of amazing properties, compiling this list was a difficult feat. With a little help from the Search Office Space consultants, we finally managed to whittle our list down to a top 10:

This building's façade is classically art-deco in style. It was designed by Michelin engineer François Espinasse and opened its doors in 1911.
