Capital on Tap is on a mission to help small businesses thrive. They provide flexible business funding for SMEs in the UK to help them move and grow quicker.

Damian Brychcy (COO) contacted Office Freedom in 2018 looking to upscale their current office space to accommodate their growing team. With the help of our Director of Corporate Solutions, David Garson they found their ideal workspace near Liverpool Street. Office Freedom caught up with Damian Brychcy (COO) and Philippa Munitz (Head of People) to find out how they, and their team, have settled into their new workspace.

Hi Damian, why did Capital on Tap decide to search for a new HQ this year?

We needed more space for our team as we began hitting the constraints of our last office. I wanted something that would allow us to have more breakout space, more meeting rooms and room to grow.

How did you find working with Office Freedom’s Director of Corporate Solutions, David Garson?

This was our second time working with David. We came back to him as he made the process of finding our first office easy. This time round was an equally smooth experience - I would recommend David to anyone looking for office space.

What do you love most about your new office space in Liverpool Street?

I love that we get to have our 3, sometimes 4, dogs running around the entire office. It’s been great to just have the luxury of space – we have tons of meeting rooms and hang-out spaces for people to work wherever they want. The outdoor rooftop terrace is awesome as well.

What is next for Capital on Tap – Is there anything exciting in the pipeline?

We remain focused on provided the best business credit card in the UK and hoping to expand internationally this year. I think we have a lot of room to grow quickly and to continue be an amazing place to work for ambitious people.
