Summer is here, and once again it’s felt like a long time coming! Nobody likes to be stuck indoors when the sun’s out, especially when the hot weather is always so disappointingly fleeting. So, to really make the most of it, get yourselves to one of these roof terraces, pronto!

1. Office Space in Town St Dunstans
Nothing quite beats sitting atop The Deck at this nautical themed serviced office in Monument, beverage in hand, looking down on the to-ings and fro-ings of busy central London life. Crew (or occupiers, as they are more formally known) can make full use of the roof terrace all year round. As you can see, The Deck is great space to hold an event in the summer months or to banquet in style with coworkers.

2. Us&Co Monument
Monument is the place to be this season, it seems! Our second rooftop beauty is situated atop one of London's newest and hottest coworking venues. Lovingly curated and design-led, the space plays host to dedicated desks and coworking areas, and each floor has its own free to use meeting room.
The Clubhouse it situated on the rooftop, and contains panoramic glass walls surrounding a copper bar. The entire floor can be hired for all sorts of events by members and non-members. Check out the space for yourself at the eCoworking Conference happening 15th & 16th June - tickets here.

3. The Office Group Marylebone
This Baroque beauty built in the 19th century is situated on Wimpole Street - a quiet oasis just around the corner from bustling Oxford Street. Mixing old with new, the interior has been renovated to include a glass atrium and a fantastic rooftop garden filled with plants. With the capacity to accommodate 75, this is the perfect spot for a work summer party or barbecue.

4. i2 Fitzrovia
Due to open in July 2017, the newest addition to our definitive list is i2's Newman Street roof terrace, close to Tottenham Court Road and Goodge Street. The space will be available for both occupiers and external clients to book for BBQs, beers and all-round good times! As you can see, the space is to be garden themed and an adjoining club space offers a variety of workspaces, from a coffee bar to a quiet zone.

5. LEO Victoria
Opening later this month, the serviced office space provider's Nova South location is positioned opposite Victoria station. Its stunning roof terrace overlooks Victoria and Westminster's most iconic sights. The area itself is proving to be an increasingly popular place to base a business due to an extensive regeneration project that started in 2015.

6. WeWork Paddington
Known for their work perks and good-time vibes, it's unsurprising that this space has made the list. The property is home to businesses from a wealth of backgrounds who all form part of the company's wider network of occupiers. Residents and visitors look forward to weekly events on the terrace and in the building's other event spaces.

7. The Boutique Workplace Company Clerkenwell
Another summer grand opening! This boutique roof terrace will also open its doors in July, when the venue holds a welcome BBQ for its workspace clients. Head of Events, Sophie Symons, will be running events on the roof terrace once it opens. These will also take place in a dedicated Event Space downstairs, which also contains a bar!
To give you an idea, here are some examples of the types of things the provider has hosted:

- Group PT session
8. Landmark Bank
The last outdoor space on our list belongs to a fully-serviced business centre in the heart of the city's financial district, just 100 yards from the Bank of England and 5 minutes walk from Liverpool Street Station. It was once the home of the London Stock Exchange and has since been renovated to include this roof terrace, providing spectacular views over some of the most important landmarks in London.
