Here at Search Office Space, we like to keep out finger firmly on the pulse when it comes to all things ‘workspace’. That’s why we’ve spent the past couple of months adding the newest and most innovative office providers to our ever-growing portfolio of business hubs. You’ll notice that each and every one of the companies on our list offers something unique. FORA has even added the word ‘pro-working’ to the workspace lexicon which we’ve added to our online dictionary.
1. Cocoon Networks

As its name suggests, businesses enter Cocoon Networks and emerge bigger, stronger and generally more beautiful than before. There’s a first for everything, and this workspace happens to be the first Chinese capital backed startup ecosystem with bases in London, Beijing, Shanghai and Wuhan. That means money for new ideas, innovation and enterprise.
Cocoon is comprised of private offices, dedicated desks and coworking space.
Cocoon hosts lots of useful events to help startups expand their network of contacts and clients.Join our team in attending the 2017 China-UK Hi! Technology Festival taking place June 14th - 16th at Cocoon’s Christopher Street location - we’ll be there to chat about all things workspace.

Ever heard of ‘pro-working’? Neither had we until we signed these guys up. Visualise high-end design, hotel style hospitality and a mix of professional businesses working alongside each other and you’ve got pro-working. In an article published on LinkedIn, Marketing Director David Collyer reveals the winning formula behind their unique design:
“From the moment you step inside the front door to the moment you leave, our aim is to make sure your day is an inspired experience. Everything has a premium look-and-feel, backed up by the highest level of service and facilities. The building and everything inside has to be beautiful – from the curated artwork and furniture, to the workspace and restaurant.” Read more.

3. Techspace

Unsurprisingly, Techspace is geared primarily towards tech startups and scale-ups. Facilitating growth is their main concern, and one way they do this is by giving their members access to a network through which they can collaborate, skills share and ultimately make meaningful connections. All of their current locations are within close proximity to Old Street and the City - ideal for the industry they’re championing.
Innovative businesses with Enterprise membership at Techspace include Goodlord, a proptech platform aiming to revolutionise renting, and Memrise who won best app on Google Play 2017 for their language learning app.
Take a look at Aldgate below. Other locations include Whitechapel, Hoxton, Shoreditch and Old Street.
The story
Techspace was born out of its two founding members’ inability to find flexible workspace that suited their needs. Since starting the company in 2012, they’ve cultivated a member base of over 1000 entrepreneurs across 5 London locations and are branching out to Berlin -the city hailed as Europe’s new startup capital - later this year.

4. LABS

Our latest addition is all about growth, and it also happens to look GREAT.
‘LABS is a high-end, technology-driven, design-led mixture of private office space, co-working, lounge access and meeting room space. The product is well thought out and built around community, but for professional businesses, whether they be creative, marketing, tech or professional services. Unfortunately, there aren't any bean bags in the meeting rooms or beer taps in the kitchens, but what you will find, is a great place to grow your business.”
This design-led flexible workspace inspires creativity in every corner and you’ll struggle to find a fresher looking office in Central London. Opening later this month, Hogarth House in Holborn is the company’s first London location, and is open for viewings now. We expect desks to sell like hotcakes, so get in quick if you’re interested!
LABS members get access to a connected community and a whole range of enriching products and services.
